The Norwegian BBQ

The first time I was invited for a BBQ in Norway

I marinaded overnight in Maple Syrup a pork tenderloin 

And brought a bottle of sparkling wine for everyone to enjoy

I was looking forward to having my new friends experience my Canadian receipe

And was curious to try some Norwegian food

The BBQ did not go exactly as planned


Everyone did bring some food

But everyone ate their own food 

Only their own food

Norwegians like to keep their independence

Our new book explains how Norwegian friends interact

And sets  the basis for succesful relationships in a Norwegian setting
