Mondå’s vision is to make Scandinavia more competitive. We believe that internationalization is not merely about creating diverse teams, it is about benefiting from this diversity.
Mondå increases competitiveness of Scandinavian businesses by improving communication within multi-cultural environments. We connect great people.
We guide foreigners on how to socialize, communicate and connect with Norwegians, Swedes and Danes. Scandinavians learn about how their social behaviours may be perceived and how communication norms differs when working globally.
We use humor and simple illustrations to bridge cultures.
